The purpose of ProgHRC is to develop an innovative robot-assistant to which humans will demonstrate kinesthetically complex repetitive or periodic tasks and it will learn to perform them with gradual automation. The project will be based on modern learning methods that will be developed to achieve efficient cooperation between humans and robots. In addition, modern methods of mechanical vision with depth cameras will be used and will be properly developed in order to offer to the robot perception of the surrounding space in combination with the ability to hold objects. This will achieve ease of use, adaptability and safety, enabling the robot to learn from humans how to perform various tasks.
